 Examining credit Application for completeness and timeliness of information, noting exceptions for correction.

 Preparation of error free credit docs

 Vigilance in applying de-dupes
 </li>

 Observing agreed TAT.
 </li>
 <li>
 &nbsp;Compliance policies and satisfactory Risk&nbsp;Rating.

 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze Bank Statements so as assess its genuineness, continuity, business turnovers, cheque returns, average balances and to observe if there is any chance of artificial fabrication of such statements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze applicant&rsquo;s financial statements and comment on its findings (where required).
 </li>
 <li>
 &nbsp;Check customer&rsquo;s status through de-dupes/CBRB.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meeting the minimum daily targets assigned by management while maintaining the lowest level of errors as measured by the score card.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate cases requiring higher DP with full analysis and recommendations to facilitate their decision making&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrate full and up to date knowledge of ADIB&rsquo;s products, policies and procedures.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively and continually make and recommend system changes and enhancements, also&nbsp;ensure that all procedures and policies are implemented and being followed in compliance with organization.

 Ensure Internal Credit Rating and RAROC is carried out for all lending clients and update same on annual basis or as and when a new facility is granted, new information available etc.

 Review to ensure that all credit documents are complete, by identifying documentation deficiencies, if any and report to the respective employees, for timely resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess the credit worthiness by accumulating pertinent information (strengths and weaknesses relating to historical functional performance) regarding customers for facilities granted/to be granted.

 <li>
 Liaise with the respective employees, for clarifications/ rectifications on account of incompleteness of information provided, and to ensure all the Credit applications are completed within the set turnaround time.

 Review to ensure that all the documentations are in line with the Credit Approvals and credit policies.

 Review to ensure submission of all required documents in relation to the credit processing, including but not limited to Commercial Registrations, etc.

 Promptly respond to and/or escalate requests and/or queries raised by the internal and external customers and the Compliance function within prescribed authority as directed.

 Coordinate with Risk Management function with respect to new/ renewal of limits/input of limits and other related aspects.
