</div><div><ul><li>Delivers World Class face-to-face service to Members requesting account assistance. Provides consultative services to Members regarding credit union products and services by assessing the Member's needs, addressing their concerns and gaining agreement.

Performs advanced research on accounts, identifies and corrects Member account problems Completes documentation for accounts and loans according to credit union procedures.
</li><li>Has specific knowledge of credit union savings and loan products and services. Begins concentration on specialty area of expertise in branch (savings, consumer, or real estate loans).
</li><li>Maintains cash and negotiable items. May act as branch liaison to support departments. Provides suggestions for streamlining department and credit union operations. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Currently, we have an immediate opening for a<b> </b>Business Member Portfolio Representative<b> </b>to join our team! The Business Member Portfolio Representative strengthens assigned business member relationships by providing exceptional day-to-day servicing, proactive portfolio support, and consultative assistance. This role serves as a dedicated point of contact to identify and support a business member&rsquo;s comprehensive financial needs across deposit, lending, and cash-management services.</div><p></p><p><b><br>
Primary Responsibilities:</b></p><div><div><ul><li>
Executing the setup and ongoing servicing of business depository, cash management, and Business Visa accounts, including the coordination of applications and agreements.</li><li>
Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned business members to deliver consistent day-to-day service, relationship support, and issue resolution.</li><li>
Researching and resolving complex member inquiries by partnering with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate solutions.</li><li>
Maintaining regular outreach to business members to support onboarding, portfolio management, conducting early-stage outreach on business accounts less than 30 days delinquent and the collection of annual financial statements and loan reviews.</li><li>
Identifying evolving financial needs through member interactions and collaborating with internal partners to deliver appropriate lending or cash-management solutions.</li><li>
Acting as a subject matter expert for business cash management platforms by supporting application execution and resolving complex service issues.</li><li>
Providing backup coverage and support within a shared portfolio model to ensure continuity, responsiveness, and balanced workload management for all members.</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p><p><b><br>
Basic Qualifications:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Education: High school diploma; or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>
Minimum of three years&rsquo; experience managing deposit accounts and processing transactions.</li><li>
All candidates must be bondable and maintain bondable status throughout employment in accordance with credit union regulatory requirements.</li></ul></div><p></p><p><b><br>
