Ensures confidentiality of member information.</li><li>

Accepts and examines checks for endorsements and negotiability. Determine availability of funds based on regulations and policy. Place holds on accounts for uncollected funds when necessary, provide member with the proper documentation.</li><li>
Processes mail and night deposit transactions.</li><li>
Completes all forms including negotiable instrument logs, vault cash advances/turn-ins, direct deposit, member check orders.</li><li>
Participates in Opening and Closing procedures. Organize the MSR area and turn off all equipment (computers, copier, adding machines, lights). Ensure all confidential information is secured at the end of the day.</li><li>
Complete daily work including balancing and reconciliation of drawer offages.</li><li>
Monitors and manage the vault including cash disbursements, balancing, and end of day lock-up. Ensure that enough, but not excessive, funds are always on hand .</li><li>
Assists in security procedures. Has access to and is accountable for office keys and combinations.</li><li>
Balances, maintains, and corrects the coin machine and cash recyclers.</li><li>
Plays a vital role in enriching the community by participating in community service organizations and/or Credit Union sponsored events.</li></ul>

This individual will assist members with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies and answering questions. Contribute to the growth of the credit union by meeting individual, branch, and business line goals through cross sales activities.</div><div><b><br>
Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Actively engage with existing and prospective members to create a positive member experience that is consistent with the values and culture of the organization.</li><li>
Ensure all members receive prompt, professional, helpful, and courteous service during each interaction.</li><li>
Deepen member relationships through expert knowledge of credit union products and services and the execution of member engagement strategies through in-person conversations, relationship calling and referrals to other business lines.</li><li>
Use a consultative approach and resources such as the Member Vision Plan to develop solutions that will educate and improve member's financial well-being.</li><li>
Ensure accuracy and completion of all transactions and member service requests as outlined in the employee performance standards.</li><li>
Efficiently onboard members in the system and complete outbound call programs and set appointments to meet member needs, as assigned.</li><li>
Support the Member Service Center with incoming calls as scheduled, monitor activities and remain flexible to changes.</li><li>
Build meaningful relationships by participating in branch promotions and community events, as assigned.</li><li>
Work effectively in a team environment across all organizational levels.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Education:</b> High school graduate or equivalent</div><div></div><div><b><br>

Experience/Skills:</b> Passion for helping people and the drive to build relationships that assist members meet financial goals. Good communication and human relation skills. Ability to effectively ask open-ended questions, problem solve and provide solutions. Develop strong working relationships with coworkers and business line partners through collaboration. Tenure:</b> Financial Services Representative II (Category 14) requires six months tenure in the Financial Services Representative I (Category 15) position, and completion of curriculum with performance that meets or exceeds expectations as stated on Performance Evaluation Plan. Senior Financial Services Representative (Category 13) requires six months tenure in the Financial Services Representative II (Category 14) position, with performance that meets or exceeds expectations as stated on Performance Evaluation Plan and Employee Success Profile. Directly related work experience and/or accelerated training completion may be substituted for tenure.</div>
Compensation:

Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and applicable local or state wage requirements, and will fall within the range provided below. In accordance with our Salary Administration policy, new hire base salaries generally fall between the minimum and midpoint of the listed range.</div><div></div><div><br>
Category 15: $20.31 - $29.25 Hourly</div><div>
Category 14: $21.94 - $32.03 Hourly</div><div>
Category 13: $23.69 - $35.28 Hourly</div>
