What your job will be like: 
The incumbent will utilize software for functional areas: to compile and generate accurate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations. Develop and implement processes to enhance the Division's work flow in regards to special projects and event management. Coordinate with Division leadership all actions in regards to Division's projects and events. Serve as back-up support to Division administration in their absence or overflow of work. This position requires a dedicated incumbent acting at a high level in accuracy, confidentiality, efficiency, and strategic forethought to assist Division leadership with various projects and events
 
In this job you will: 
Provide administrative support for the CST Division Leadership with projects and event organization.
 
Coordinate the compilation and timely submission of project requirements to Project Lead.
 
Coordinate the division’s special projects and events. Develop and maintain a system for project oversight, action tracking, and reporting requirements. Work with Budget office to ensure projects remain on budget and within the correct project codes.
 
Arrange and process domestic and foreign travel from request to reimbursement for staff, and visitors traveling to Jefferson Lab.
 
Interact and correspond with all levels of Laboratory management and staff.
 
Coordinate events, alongside Event Services and other personnel, for both internal and external events.
 
Develop website, organize and oversee meetings, serve on local organizing committee as conference secretary, maintain status on actions, keep chair of events up-to-date on information as necessary and obtain necessary approvals where appropriate.
 
In collaboration with Project Managers and other personnel, ensure compliance of project requirements, assist with timekeeping, minutes, and action items; organize meetings and scheduling for reoccurring status meetings.
 
Assist with development of documentation needed to obtain projects, grants and other opportunities, maintain a tracking database to ensure completion and timeliness.
 
Serve as backup support to the Division Administrator, in case of leave or absence.
 
Manage an archive of statistical information/data to meet project requirements.
 
Develop and maintain the project and event web pages and ensure content and formats meet Lab standards.
 
Experience
 
Required: 5 or more years relevant experience.
 
Preferred: Experience in Indico, or other event management software.
 
Preferred: Experience in Website development.

ROLE OVERVIEW 
The Intake Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting new patients to establish care with a LifeStance provider. This position is responsible for scheduling initial assessments, collecting necessary demographic, verifying insurance eligibility, and managing referrals and clinical history to appropriately match patients with the most suitable providers. The Intake Coordinator facilitates the initial stages of client engagement and must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
Hours: Between the hours of operation of 8:00 am - 5:30 pm CST Monday - Friday
Compensation: $20/hour 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Intake Department Interactions:<ul><li>
Efficiently handle communications via phone (inbound and outbound), email, voicemail, faxes, and chat.</li><li>
Identify and communicate patient trends and feedback, including scheduling barriers to Intake.</li><li>
Interact with Practice Operations team as necessary to ensure proper patient matching.</li></ul> 
New Patient Assistance:<ul><li>
Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand patient needs and match them with the most appropriate provider.</li><li>
Schedule initial appointments promptly and accurately with detail outlining patients&rsquo; needs including talk therapy and/or medication management.</li><li>
Collect patient insurance information and run eligibility ensuring in-network benefits for matched provider.</li><li>
Obtain and verify patient clinical history, demographic details, insurance information, and eligibility.</li><li>
Collect credit card for file and maintain compliance.</li><li>
Assist new patients with portal setup and new patient paperwork.</li><li>
Process and manage referral paperwork efficiently.</li></ul>

Ensure all patient interactions and transactions are accurately documented in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.</li><li>

As a Community Support Specialist with Thresholds&rsquo; Substance Use Treatment program, you will help people with substance use disorders through an array of harm reduction services.

This team serves a population at high risk of opioid overdose and involvement in the justice system. With your team, you will do outreach at shelters or on the street at community events to distribute and educate clients on naloxone, the opioid overdose reversal medication. You will also make direct referrals to a wide variety of services, including substance use or mental health treatment. After a client has been engaged in services, you will remove barriers to housing, employment, and mental healthcare through case management. You will help clients solidify their recovery and strengthen daily living skills as you drive them to doctors&rsquo; appointments, to benefits offices, or to the grocery store. Each day will be a little bit different, requiring you to adapt to your client&rsquo;s schedule, needs, and treatment plan.

Job Description
As a Claims Resolution Adjuster, your main focus will be investigating automobile accidents involving bodily injury. You will have the convenience of working remotely from your home while efficiently handling your responsibilities. You will assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service throughout your day. Customer communication will take place through different channels, including voice calls, email, and text messages. Through the utilization of innovative platforms and tools, you will engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved.
The Claims Resolution Adjuster will primarily be responsible for the liability investigation and ultimate decisions, identifying injured parties beyond who is listed at FNOL (First Notice of Loss), and recognizing impactful risk potential on claim files. They will be responsible for supporting the claimant throughout the vehicle restoration process and providing feedback on the Auto process in general. The Claims Resolution Adjuster and Casualty Adjusters will work hand-in-hand throughout the claims process.
Candidates for this role must reside in either the Central (CST), Mountain (MST), or Pacific (PST) time zone. This position is not available to residents of California, Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Schedule: 8-hour shift Mon-Fri | 8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm with potential Saturday duty rotation.
You&rsquo;ll wear a few hats to fill a few roles throughout your day that all require a level of experience:
The Customer Service Expert &ndash; you&rsquo;ll live into Allstate&rsquo;s Claims Culture by caring, empowering, and restoring, and you will accomplish that by being compassionate, clear, and a committed partner in each Casualty claim. You lead with empathy, always.
The Investigator &ndash; you&rsquo;ll confidently and independently investigate casualty (and applicable LOB (line of business)) claims by performing detailed reviews of damage and interpreting policies to determine coverage.
The Effective Communicator &ndash; you&rsquo;ll use phone, emails and sometimes even video chat with customers to help them through a fast, fair, and easy claims process. You&rsquo;ll also incorporate a specific approach to claim handling to offer the customer their preference of communication to efficiently discuss their claim needs and keep them updated on the claim progress.
The Negotiator &ndash; you will evaluate and negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, third party carriers and claimants, in accordance with all legal and business standard methodologies. With negotiations, you will incorporate tactics in handling challenging and complex situations.
The Problem Solver &ndash; you&rsquo;ll utilize multiple tools to get the job done in a fast-paced environment, including estimate tools, job aids, and additional settlement platforms, all while using your sharp critical thinking skills.
The Recorder &ndash; you&rsquo;ll protect the company financially by executing policies along policy agreements, and you keep a clear record of your work in a claims system that you will be trained on. You&rsquo;ll accomplish this by ensuring timely and accurate documentation is completed as you work on each claim.
Qualifications:<ul><li>
2+ years Claims experience, specifically Casualty Bodily Injury claims background.</li><li>
Claims investigation and negotiation experience is preferred.</li><li>
Experience with liability investigations, investigating coverage, PD coverage, set MOI, rental and resolving liability a plus.</li><li>
Proficient communication skills, especially over the phone, to establish rapport and assess claims accurately.</li><li>
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to evaluate and negotiate injury claims successfully.</li></ul>
Remote Work: 
This position is a permanent remote home-based role. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States within one of the listed time zones above.

A dedicated workspace in your residence that is private and free from distractions.</li><li>
A minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up.</li><li>

If required, the Hiring Manager will work with you along with the Centralized Licensing team to ensure that you are properly licensed.</li></ul>
