Position Overview</b></p><p><i>
Performs on-screen post-processing of computerized tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data in a variety of dimensions to create images that assist with exam interpretation. Manages the transfer of image data to and from the 3D imaging platforms in an accurate and timely manner and manipulates digital medical images in multiple planes and dimensions for clinical visualization and analysis of diagnostic studies. Keeps abreast of all new 3D rendering techniques, computer programs, and software systems. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</b></p><ul><li>

Assists radiologists with the functions of the 3D lab to include manipulation of digital CT and MRI medical images on highly sophisticated 3D workstations in multiple planes and dimensions for clinical visualization and quantitative analysis of diagnostic and interventional studies.</li><li>
Manages transfer of image data to and from the 3D lab workstations in an accurate and timely manner. Produces 3D volumetric images for physician review utilizing appropriate software applications.</li><li>

The Patient Care Technician:</div><ul><li><div>
Performs various activities in the treatment and care of patients, including routine hygiene care., ingestion of food and fluids, elimination of body wastes, mobilization, and dressing/undressing.</div></li><li><div>
Performs and records routine technical tasks as authorized, such as collecting routine specimens, taking vital signs, collecting and recording intake and output and blood glucose, giving suppositories, performing intermittent catheterization, measuring bladder volume, hanging gastric feedings, and escorting patients.</div></li><li><div>
Collects and reports pertinent physiological, psychological, and functional data based on patient plan of care or patient need.</div></li><li><div>
