As the Specialist, Key Account you will be reporting directly to the Oncology Team Lead and be responsible for the achievement across Greater Cairo including other territories whilst managing the Oncology portfolio.
<br>Role and Responsibilities
<br><br>
Increase brand awareness of the company’ products, conduct product availability and build a relationship with prospective and existing customers.
<br>Ensure that proper advertising and marketing are done.
<br>Manage customer interactions in line with regional planning to ensure high impact collaboration in place.
<br>Maintain superior product and disease knowledge.
<br>Collaborate with cross functional teams when required.
<br>Conduct all activities in an ethical and compliant manner.
<br>Required Qualifications
<br><br>
Proven experience in a similar role with a global pharmaceutical organization in Egypt.
<br>Good written & verbal communication skills
<br>Experience with CRM & Veeva systems
<br>Strong negotiation and organization skills.
<br>Collaborative & Proactive in nature
<br>Minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent
<br>Preferred Qualifications
<br><br>
Knowledge and experience in Oncology or specialty would be highly desirable.
<br>Ability to travel independently and frequently.

We follow the same mission every day, &ldquo;To see our business through the eyes of our customer, to exceed their expectations, and to provide the greatest selection and value in their pharmacy needs.&rdquo; We feel it is our responsibility to our customers, referral sources, clinicians, insurers, and most importantly, our patients, that positive healthcare outcomes are achieved and a true value has been received.</p><p><b>Summary</b></p><p>The Account Specialist will assist in ensuring that the company receives payment for goods and services offered to clients and entry of patient information.</p><p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Perform daily tasks such as emailing of skilled, hospital, hospice and Medicaid pending spreadsheets to all facilities.</li><li>Update any status change of patients in the company database.</li><li>Run log checks from prior day in order to review for errors.</li><li>Complete entry of new patient admits and re-admits into company software efficiently and accurately. Must be able to verify information is entered correctly.</li><li>Communicate with pharmacy staff regarding new information for residents and after patient admits have been entered.</li><li>Submit daily admit log to the pharmacy by end of business each day.</li><li>Receive resident census from facilities on a monthly basis and compare it to current listing within the company database to ensure accuracy of information.</li><li>Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.</li><li>Create invoices according to company practices; submit invoices to customers.</li><li>Maintain and update customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.</li><li>Draft correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identify delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contact delinquent accountholders to request payment.</li><li>Create reports regarding the current status of customer accounts as requested.</li><li>Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Billing Office Leadership and other staff.</li><li>Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Supervisor to reconcile accounts receivable on a monthly basis.</li><li>Assist in generating monthly billing statements based on the general ledger.</li><li>Assist Billing Office Leaders in reconciling revenue accounts each month.</li><li>Copy, file, and retrieve materials for accounts receivable as needed.</li><li>Relay changes of information to appropriate employees.</li><li>Prepare patient statement and process account.
