Specific Responsibilities:

The Content &amp; Communications Specialist develops and manages engaging, audience-centered content that advances thread&rsquo;s mission. This position leads content creation across digital and print channels, manages social media and email marketing, maintains the content calendar, and supports storytelling initiatives that elevate the voices of families, early educators, partners, and communities. Working closely with program staff and the Marketing &amp; Communications Director, this position ensures communications are timely, compelling, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals, brand standards, and strategic priorities.

Qualifications:
