Welcome in-shop customers and resolve customer concerns quickly and efficiently - without breaking a sweat - often coming up with creative solutions.</p></li><li><p>

<p>What is a Customer Service Representative or Patient Advocate for IME Guards?<br/>A patient advocate for IME Guards will accompany a claimant (injury victim) during a medical appointment given by a doctor hired by a defense lawyer in a lawsuit.
