Below, you will find details of the role, key responsibilities, and requirements.JOB OVERVIEWJOB TITLE : Customer Success EngineerLOCATION : Doha, QatarGENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONCustomer Success Engineer acts as the single point of contact for the customer for through out the whole engagement from inception to delivery to operations till the contract is concluded. DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIESEssential Functions of the Job:Business Development:&middot; Support Business Lead in providing demos, arranging and carrying out workshops for the showcasing the Tasmu Platform services and offerings.&middot; Support Business Lead in developing and presenting Tasmu Platform value propositions to smart solutions tailored to meet specific requirements of Sector Owners, showcasing how platform can address their needs.&middot; Account Management &ndash; Support Business lead in account management functions&middot; Proposal Development &ndash; Develop solutions proposals for Tasmu platform engagements.Project Management and Operations Management:&middot; Oversee the solutioning, implementation &amp; operations of Tasmu platform services to Smart Solutions from project management as well as technical aspects.&middot; Manage, coordinate with all the stake holders (vendors, regulatory, customer, government etc) to ensure smooth implementation of use cases on Tasmu platform.&middot; Provide periodic updates to management and MCIT about the status of the Tasmu platform services implementation for use cases.&middot; Coordinates with the TASMU Platform team for the integration of Use cases with TASMU Platform.&middot; Prepares MoMs for relevant workshops and meetings.&middot; Arranges Ooredoo Consortium logistics (e.g. passes/rooms/wifi&hellip;).&middot; Oversee technical design and implementation of the Tasmu Platform services to the Use case solution providers by coordinating with technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding experience for the use provider.&middot; Leads the implementation and support of services provided by Tasmu platform to use case solutions.&middot; Develop a work schedule for efficient use case Onboarding from each vendors&rsquo; perspective on Tasmu platform.&middot; Undergo the process of analysis in order to fulfil the requirement of the systems involved.&middot; Define tools to keep track of the Tasmu Platform services for the use cases.&middot; Ensure constant alignment between the central platform and the use cases developers.&middot; Evaluate team's work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations if needed.&middot; Provides periodic status updates for Tasmu platform services operations to the use case solution providers.SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES&middot; Minimum of 02-04 years overall IT industry experience.&middot; Minimum of 02 years in a solution or technical architect role using service and hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS platforms.&middot; Experience in architecting and designing technical solutions for Microsoft-centric solutions based on industry standards using (Azure) IaaS, PaaS and SaaS capabilities.&middot; Experience with any claims-based authentication (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), MFA, JIT, and/or RBAC / Ping etc.&middot; Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, application firewalls, SIEM, etc.&middot; Managed the end-to-end lifecycles of a project/product in solution architect capacity&middot; Experience with mission critical technology components with DR capabilities.&middot; Extensive experience in financial management, solution plan development and product cost estimation.&middot; Solid business acumen, management and marketing communication skills.&middot; Significant experience in presenting ideas, products, concept papers to varied audiences.&middot; Experience coaching and mentoring others.&middot; Leadership capability and proven ability to manage difficult stakeholders.&middot; Experience supporting peer teams and their responsibilities; such as infrastructure, operations, engineering, info-security.If you are interested and ready to proceed, kindly share your CV in Word format along with the following details:Name:Nationality:Total Experience:Relevant Experience:Current Location:Visa Status:Current Salary:Expected Salary:Notice Period:About Proztec: Proz Technologies (PROZTEC) is a leading ICT specialist firm based in Doha, Qatar (a tax-free country) with over 300 employees.
