<p>The Quality Engineer will serve as the primary liaison between customers and Amphenol Power solution group for all quality-related matters. This role focuses on managing customer complaints, conducting onsite visits, coordinating with third-party service providers for sorting, inspection, and rework, and ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory quality standards. We are seeking a Customer Engineer to join our global Engineering Services team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll help our clients globally to optimise business workflows by creating, delivering, and supporting any customisations they need to bridge our technology with their unique requirements. Together with the business consultant and/or the solution architect, define what custom items need to be built for the implementation project.</li><li>
Collaboration on each custom request with the client and/or business consultant to create a technical specification.</li><li>
Develop the custom item outlined within the specification.</li><li>
Install the custom item in the test/UAT or other environment.</li><li>
Test that the item works, and deliver it to the client or consultant to do testing.</li><li>
