<li>Supports the Customer Advocate Program conference plan by compiling Member and staff briefing materials and packets, creating contact lists and check-in lists, and conducting other administrative tasks as assigned.
</li><li>Support Member-staff conferences by assisting the Customer Advocate Program with registration, event setup, and other customer-facing activities as needed.</li>
