We are seeking a Research Intern to support the Customer Experience team at a New York regional not-for-profit health plan. This role is responsible for supporting ongoing customer, provider, and other stakeholder research efforts that inform experience strategy, product improvements, and service design across multiple lines of business (including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial).
The Research Intern will partner closely with senior researchers, CX strategists, and business leaders to manage quantitative and qualitative methodologies (especially survey) and support our growing Voice of the Customer program.
