 As the Customer Success Manager, you are expected to help enable successful customer experiences that lead to growth. Along with outstanding customer management experience, you have a passion for new mobility &amp; transportation technologies and innovative business solutions.  The ideal candidate should have experience in deployment, customer onboarding and support of SaaS software solutions and possess exceptional communication, EQ, analytical and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable interacting with all levels, including Executive Management, Engineering, Product, Finance, and Marketing leaders and colleagues.
