Key Responsibilities &ndash; Greeter:<ul><li>
Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership</li><li>
Assist with service check&acirc;&euro;'ins and direct guests to sales or service staff</li><li>
Answer basic questions and provide general dealership information</li><li>
Help ensure every visitor receives the exceptional experience expected from a Mercedes&acirc;&euro;'Benz dealership</li><li>
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area</li><li>
Support administrative tasks such as phone calls, appointment confirmations, and guest logs</li><li>

Qualifications:<ul><li> 
Previous customer service or front&acirc;&euro;'desk experience preferred</li><li>
Professional appearance and excellent communication skills</li><li>

Basic computer and phone system proficiency</li><li>

<div>Job Summary
The Hospital Greeter is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for each patient and visitor. They are a true customer service professional who inherently loves to help others and is happy to eliminate any anxiety that can come with a hospital visit. From welcoming patients and visitors to answering questions and assisting with wayfinding, this critical role sets the tone for the rest of the individual's visit.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
<ul><li>Provides a warm welcome to all entering the facility, offering to provide assistance where needed</li><li>
Screen staff, patients and visitors according to hospital procedure<ul><li>
This may include asking a series of questions, taking a temperature, providing technological support, utilizing application screening tools, etc.</li><li>
Input applicable information into the hospital's software program</li></ul></li><li>
Ensure that patients and visitors are aware of and adhering to hospital entrance policies such as universal masking and visitor restrictions.</li><li>
Ensure safety policies such as mask wearing, hygiene and social distancing are adhered to</li><li>
Goes above and beyond by anticipating patient and visitor's needs, such as:<ul><li>
Holding doors or offering wheelchair assistance</li><li>
Assisting with wayfinding</li></ul></li><li>
Ensures hospital lobbies and public areas are clean, safe, and uncluttered in accordance with all infection control standards</li><li>
Monitors hallways, elevators, stairwells and congregating areas to ensure that individuals are maintaining a safe 6 ft. distance from one another.</li><li>
Support to security as an additional vigilant set of eyes and ears at the hospital entrance</li><li>
Supports Valet operation as volume requires. May include, parking and retrieving vehicles, ticketing, providing assistance with personal items.</li></ul>
Minimum Job Qualifications (including but not limited to):<ul><li>
Possesses exceptional customer service skills</li><li>
Maintains a warm, friendly and professional demeanor when working with other employees, patients and visitors.</li><li>
Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively both verbally and on paper</li><li>
Ability to proactively solve problems, but also knows when to ask for help.</li><li>
High School degree or equivalent.</li><li>
At least one year related experience strongly preferred.</li></ul>

The physical demands of this position and the work environment characteristics described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position. Physical Demands: The Greeter will be required to stand for most of their shift, walk, sit, reach with hands or arms, talk and hear. Greeter must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 20lbs and be able to wear PPE (personal protective equipment) for the duration of their shift.
Work Environment: the employee may be subjected to weather conditions prevalent at the time. The noise level in this work environment can range from minimal to moderate.
