</b></p><ul><li><p>Develops a general knowledge of company processes, products, and procedures through on-the-job training activities.
</p></li><li><p>Providing technical support to the team and end users.
</p></li><li><p>Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
</p></li><li><p>Working with Azure Active Directory and Windows OS.
</p></li><li><p>Shadowing technical analysts.
</p></li><li><p>Assists with processing paperwork in the area of responsibility.
</p></li><li><p>Prepares correspondence and reports as required.
</p></li><li><p>Performs other duties as required.
</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications
</b></p><ul><li><p>Working knowledge in the use of a computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications (Excel, Word and Outlook)
</p></li><li><p>Students working towards a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of various office equipment (computer, scanner, etc.)<br>
