Job Summary:</b></p><p>
The MRO Clerk is responsible for ensuring that materials, equipment, and supplies are procured and delivered in a timely and accurate manner to support daily operations. This role works closely with multiple departments&mdash;including Maintenance, Production, Sanitation, Housekeeping, Facilities, Operations, Warehouse, and Quality&mdash;to understand needs, process requests, and maintain continuity across the organization.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities of the Position:</b></p><ul><li>
Create purchase orders in ERP system to support the needs of internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Maintain and create purchase orders in the ERP system to support internal stakeholder needs.</li><li>
Monitor order confirmations and track on-time delivery of purchase orders with vendors.</li><li>
Manage day-to-day vendor communication via email and phone to ensure accurate and timely information flow.</li><li>
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.</li><li>
Expedite late, urgent, or emergency orders as required, including occasional after-hours support for critical needs.</li><li>
Assist the Accounts Payable team in resolving invoice discrepancies.</li><li>
Partner with the Receiving Department at both creative werks locations to ensure timely and accurate receipt of materials.</li><li>
Maintain a presence on the production and maintenance floors, as well as at other facilities, when necessary to support operational needs.</li><li>
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.</li><li>
Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.</li></ul>

Food Safety Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Complete all food safety training sessions (GMP, SQF, HACCP, Allergen, Food Facility Security, Preventing Foodborne Illness)</li><li>
Participate in company GMP walks</li><li>
Enforce company rules regarding food safety and monitoring</li></ul><p><b>
Working Conditions:</b></p><ul><li>
Operate in an open concept office setting and warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 55 &ndash; 80 degrees.</li><li>
This role requires travel approximately 15&ndash;20% of the time to creative werks&rsquo; Bartlett, IL facility (typically once per week).</li></ul><p><b>
