This is a high‑visibility, customer‑facing leadership role where you will take full accountability for complex network rollout projects, working at the intersection of technology, execution, and customer partnership.
As Customer Project Manager, you will have end‑to‑end responsibility for customer projects, ensuring delivery against contractual, financial, and operational targets while building a trusted and professional relationship with the customer organization. You will lead a highly skilled, multi‑disciplinary team and coordinate a broad stakeholder ecosystem across Ericsson and external partners. Description
The ServiceNow Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of all ServiceNow Projects that from the Develops and/or oversees plans for automated data processing systems from project inception to close-out. PAY RANGE:

CorVel uses a market based approach to pay and our salary ranges may vary depending on your location. Pay rates are established taking into account the following factors: federal, state, and local minimum wage requirements, the geographic location differential, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, internal employee equity, and market conditions. Our ranges may be modified at any time.

For leveled roles (I, II, III, Senior, Lead, etc.) new hires may be slotted into a different level, either up or down, based on assessment during interview process taking into consideration experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role. The level may impact the salary range and these adjustments would be clarified during the offer process.

 The Opportunity:
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Project Manager responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects that drive operational improvement and business outcomes within a factoring and financial services environment. This role requires strong project delivery expertise combined with hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) capability to ensure initiatives are successfully adopted and embedded into day-to-day operations.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives using PMO standards, owning scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, governance, and executive-level reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate practical Organizational Change Management (OCM) practices into project execution, including stakeholder impact assessments, communication and training planning, adoption risk mitigation, and reinforcement planning to support sustained outcomes
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner closely with Operations leadership to deliver improvements across core factoring processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate business and operational needs into clear project plans and requirements, ensuring solutions are practical, scalable, and customer centric
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across functional teams and executive stakeholders to drive alignment and accountability
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute projects in alignment with PMO methodology, contributing to consistent delivery practices, transparency, and continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned by direct, department, or division leadership.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives in financial services or operationally intensive environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience applying Organizational Change Management practices as part of project delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills, with experience engaging both executive and operational audiences
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in factoring, asset-based lending, or commercial finance
 </li>
 <li>
 Formal OCM training or certification (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leading operational or system implementations with significant end-user impact
