</b></p><p>The Commercial Relationship Specialist fosters and maintains relationships with our commercial clients. Responsible for understanding client needs, promoting products and services. <li>Act as &ldquo;voice of the customer&rdquo; and communicate with leadership as necessary re: product creation, product/process modification, and closing the circle with our dealer customers</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and expand business</li>
<li>Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner</li>
<li>Prepare reports and analysis on client accounts and activities</li>
