As a Product Integrity Clerk you are responsible for the processing of customer returns and any compromised/damaged product within the distribution center. You are responsible for reviewing damages, repairable and non salvageable products affected during inbound and outbound processing.

National Sourcing, Inc. is currently seeking a Lead Clerk - In Processing at Great Lakes, IL.</p><p><b>Lead Clerk - In Processing</b></p><p>Seeking qualified candidates for a Lead Clerk - In Processing position at the Great Lakes Recruit Training Command (RTC)/TransactionService Center (TSC)</p><p><b>Qualifications include, but are not limited to:</b></p><ul><li>Knowledge of military related abbreviations and acronyms</li><li>Proficient in MS ACCESS and EXCEL (building/running reports)</li><li>Must possess the ability to manage multiple processes and 10department employees to develop and identify new process efficiencies in Transfer of Military Personnel/Military Training Pipelines/Military Order Writing/Communications with External Customer Military Commands</li><li>Proven low level management experience in military processes.</li><li>Responsible for managing workflow for multiple processes within a Pay and Personnel Out-Processing Dept. to include internal office personnel, navy personnel transfers/transportation, navy order writing, navy training pipelines, navy recruit administration and coordinating with external navy command entities i.e. medical, dental &amp; legal departments</li><li>Preferred prior experience in PAY PERS transfers, recruit administration, navy personnel travel and order writing</li><li>Preferred knowledge of multiple Navy Pay and Personnel Systems to include, but not limited to NSIPS, MMPA, EASIS</li><li>Monitor quality assurance standards based on Navy regulations and manuals for department information</li><li>Responsible for multiple process&rsquo; &ldquo;accuracy&rdquo; and &ldquo;timelines&rdquo; bywhich the Navy grades PAY &amp; PERSONNEL processing</li><li>Responsible for reporting all process procedures, metrics and personnel conflicts to Supervisor</li><li>Directly assist Supervisor with all department required tasks</li><li>Must thrive is fast paced and extremely detailed administrative environment</li><li>Must be able to obtain a Secret Background Investigation with a Favorable determination</li><li>Must be a U.S. Citizen</li><li>Must have good written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Must be familiar and proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and Access)</li><li>Must be able to type 40 words per minute</li><li>Must be able to organize/monitor/distribute information to the customer independently</li><li>Must be able to lift 50 lbs</li><li>Must have own transportation</li></ul><p>Individuals applying for this position must, at a minimum, be a US citizen, meet the experience, educational, or other background requirements and be capable of performing in an efficient, reliable and professional manner. <li>Familiarity with using computers and software systems, especially reservation or property management systems (PMS)</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for interacting with guests and team members professionally and clearly.</li>
<li>Experience handling guest complaints or resolving conflicts in a calm and effective manner is an asset.</li>
<li>Previous roles that required managing multiple tasks, such as answering phones, handling reservations, and assisting guests simultaneously, prepare candidates for the demands of the job.</li>
<li>Hospitality or Front Desk Experience (Preferred)</li>
<li>A high school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Experience in jobs with irregular hours, such as evening, weekend, or holiday shifts, helps demonstrate adaptability to the hospitality industry's demands.</li>
