Customer Service &amp; E-Commerce CoordinatorWe are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Service &amp; E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team in Bahrain.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels</li><li>Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions</li><li>Follow up on online orders, deliveries, and customer requests</li><li>Manage website orders and update order statuses</li><li>Coordinate with branches and delivery companies</li><li>Follow up on abandoned carts and sales opportunities</li><li>Upload products and perform basic website management tasks</li><li>Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce</li><li>Strong communication skills in Arabic and English</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and customer handling abilities</li><li>Good typing speed and organizational skills</li><li>Familiarity with Shopify, websites, and online systems</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Experience in retail or mobile accessories is an advantage</li></ul>Pay: BD160.000 - BD250.000 per hourWork Location: In person
