Be located in Turkey and will have a proven track record working as a Field Service Engineer. You will have proven experience working with business-critical production devices and be able to handle the pressure that goes hand in hand with 24/7 production environments. In your main role at Esko, you will:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Provide on site &amp; remote technical support for our customers located in Turkey, Middle East and Africa</p></li><li><p>
Be responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of CDI/XPS Hardware</p></li><li><p>
Instruct the customer about the day-to-day use and maintenance of their Esko hardware and front end/user interface software</p></li><li><p>
Be responsible for Installation &amp; configuration of Flexo software solutions</p></li><li><p>
Instruct the customer how to leverage Esko&rsquo;s Flexo software solutions to optimize efficiency &amp; print quality</p></li><li><p>
Demonstrate successful deployment of Esko solutions in a live production environment to ensure the system is accepted by the customer</p></li><li><p>
Work in close collaboration with the Regional Service Director, Regional Support team, Global support team and our customer&rsquo;s to quickly resolve any issues on site</p></li><li><p>
Submit detailed service reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>
