Who you are:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you are our customers&rsquo; first line of support in addressing their banking needs from one of our 24/7 contact centers. You&rsquo;ll answer inbound and outbound calls, identify the issues, and partner with other lines of business to fulfill each request. What you&rsquo;ll do:
<ul><li>Once you start, you will complete Frost&rsquo;s Telephone Customer Service (TCS) training program. This is a 4-week, training course (Monday&mdash;Friday, 8 a.m.&mdash;5 p.m.), followed by a multi-week training and development program</li><li>
Answer inbound calls, troubleshoot issues, research accounts, and use multiple tools to fulfill customer requests</li><li>
Partner with business lines to find the best solution for each customer. Often this includes discerning the best solution for the customer and will involve independent judgement finding those solutions</li><li>
Manage competing priorities to ensure you&rsquo;re meeting customer needs accurately and efficiently</li></ul>
What you&rsquo;ll need:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or banking</li><li>
