The Customer Solutions Rep is responsible for the timely and effective communication to our job sites through a professional attitude at all times. This position is considered the Company&rsquo;s front line of contact with the customer, whose purpose is to understand customer equipment/material needs and place orders.
</p><p><b>SALARY RANGE: </b>$28.00 - $34.00 hourly, $58,240.00 - $70,720.00 annually <i>(companywide)</i></p>

<li>Order Desk
</li></ul><ul><li>Create a positive and consistent customer service experience.</li>
<li>Accurately capture all information (required or additional) pertaining to a complete order.</li>
<li>Strong communication with the customer in the event of back orders. This includes tracking orders through its entirety.</li>
<li>Determine if additional items can be added to the order based on the current order contents.</li>
<li>Effective communication and hand-off to the Purchasing team for action needed from them.</li>
