Required Skills, Experience, and Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree</li><li>
3+ years of experience in the related area as an individual contributor</li><li>
Computer literate with proficient use of software and/or computer programs (MS Office)</li><li>
Bilingual in Spanish and English</li><li>
Meet customer requirements in a fast-paced work environment with a strong customer service orientation.</li><li>
Self-motivated, positive, have a high degree of integrity, dependable, and participate as a team member to achieve common goals with a sense of urgency.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities to positively manage conflict.</li><li>
Must be confident, team-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
