<p><b>Compensation</b> - At Human Interest, there are a number of factors that are used to determine the appropriate pay range for each position. We take into account the cost of labor for each position in various markets across the U.S. The base salary for this position spans $18<b> </b>- $20.50 per hour<b> </b>and represents the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum<b> </b>in our highest geographic region. The salary we offer to a new employee within this range is based on their location within the U.S., their relevant job-related skills, and experience. At Human Interest, base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package. Depending on the position, additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered.  We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our growing team. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be critical to executing our mission of enabling every family to thrive by enabling our customers and their families to get the maximum benefit from our apps.

About the Role</b></h3><p>
We&rsquo;re hiring an Associate Customer Success Manager to own our tech touch (low-ARR) customer segment.</p><p>
This segment is primarily driven by automation, but when customers reach out, you&rsquo;re the human behind the experience. You&rsquo;ll manage inbound inquiries, resolve issues quickly, and ensure customers feel supported in a high-volume, systems-driven environment.</p><p>

This is a CX Associate role on Fleek's Customer Experience team, based full-time in our Karachi office. You'll be on the front line of Fleek's customer relationships &mdash; handling daily interactions across multiple channels, resolving issues, and making sure every buyer and supplier who reaches out gets a fast, accurate, and human response.</p><p>
This isn't a scripted call centre role.
