Work Shift:
This is initially a day shift position. However, you may be required to work the night and evening shifts and participate in weekend rotation lasting from 1 to 2 months.
Training:
Any new hire will first get trained up on different industries one after the other - Energy , Technology, Media &amp; Telecommunication (TMT), and Metals &amp; Mining.
The Team: As a member of the Client Services team, you will serve as an expert for the Capital IQ Pro Platform. You will be responsible for providing client support by holding diagnostic conversations &amp; driving product usage and revenue. Working on a team is essential in this role. Additionally, Client Services interacts with many internal teams, including Sales, Content, Product, News, and Technical Support. Members of the team get to learn in-depth industry knowledge and develop technical skills.
Impact and Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist market leaders and decision-makers across the Financial Services industry
</li><li>Grow and improve your skills by supporting enterprise level products and new technologies
</li><li>Develop training skills by mentoring new associates and training clients on the Market Intelligence platform.
</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service to clients, distributors and internal SPGMI staff via phone, email, and web chats in the areas of industry, content, and product consulting
</li><li>Support a client base of firms across the Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management, Financial Corporate, and Non-Financial Corporate segments
</li><li>Positively impact client perception of the Market Intelligence division while handling approximately 100 client interactions each month
</li><li>Assist with training and mentoring new hires as a senior associate by demonstrating expertise in best practices and product knowledge
</li><li>Conduct product demos or webcasts for clients
</li></ul>Required Qualification:
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or related field.
</li><li>Fresher or up to 6 months of customer support experience
</li><li>Strong leadership and teamwork skills
</li><li>Excellent Communication skills
</li><li>Willing to learn multiple industries
</li><li>Open to working in different shifts
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns and promote SPGMI product usage
</li><li>An ability to resolve problems, manage time, and organize well are essential required skills
