Summary

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM), you'll be responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive customer adoption and use of the Wiz platform.

Ideally based in The Netherlands , you will provide both strategic and hands-on technical guidance to customers throughout the Wiz journey, from onboarding to operationalization.

Technical expertise and strong customer-facing skills will be essential in address both the business and technical needs of our customers. Serving as the bridge between customers and the broader Wiz team, you'll streamline collaboration between Product Management, Sales, Engineering and Support for a cohesive customer experience.

What you'll do

<li>Provide customers with expert guidance on deployment, operational best practices, and assist in establishing a Wiz Center of Excellence.</li>

<li>Collaborate with Engineering and Support teams to resolve technical escalations quickly and efficiently.</li>
<li>Advocate for customer needs across various departments (product management, support, ...).</li>
<li>Offer insights regarding the availability of new features in Wiz.</li>

<li>Collaborate with the Wiz Sales and Renewal teams to secure contract renewals.</li>

What you'll bring

<li>3+ years of experience in technical customer facing roles, for example: Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, Customer Success Engineer.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices, with CSP level certifications (e.g., Certified Solutions Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred.</li>
<li>Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and the security considerations associated with them.</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution.</li>

<ul><li>4+ years in a demanding operational environment&mdash;strategy &amp; operations, bizops, management consulting, technical account management, or somewhere else where you had to figure out how to get hard things done with imperfect information. You've operated under pressure. You know what it feels like to own something that matters.</li>
<li>You are self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don't need someone to hand you a problem definition. You find the problem, form a view on how to solve it, and start moving. We'd rather tell you to slow down than push you to speed up.</li>
<li>AI is part of your working stack. You use AI tools daily&mdash;for analysis, automation, building internal tooling, accelerating research. You can point to specific things you've built or automated that didn't exist before you made them. This is a working expectation, not a cultural point.</li>
<li>You can read the room and the data. Comfortable running SQL, building in spreadsheets, working across BI tools. You can translate a data finding into a business decision and communicate it clearly to technical and non-technical audiences alike.</li>
<li>Technically curious. You don't need to be an engineer. But you need to be the kind of person who reads API documentation for fun, asks sharp questions in engineering conversations, and understands enough about how systems work to be dangerous in a good way.</li>
<li>Credible with customers. You can run an external meeting with a customer's executive team, manage post-launch relationships with follow-through and care, and represent Gigs in a way that builds trust rather than dependency.</li>

About the role
As a Partner Growth Manager on our Partner Services Team, you will own key relationships with travel partners, working with them to identify additional revenue opportunities then project managing the required changes with internal and external teams.
Success in this role requires a demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth initiatives that support both partner and Cover Genius growth objectives. As a Partner Growth Manager you will deliver solutions based on conversion optimization best practices for existing partners. You will identify growth opportunities and develop new and creative growth strategies to further increase our partner&rsquo;s total transaction value or insurance revenue. Regular collaboration with Client Solution Engineers, Account Managers, Data Scientists and Designers will be key in ensuring partner growth initiatives goals are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Deep understanding of web user experience (esp. conversion rate and landing page optimization, pricing strategy, user journeys)
</li><li>Design, execute, and measure conversion and price optimization experiments to further optimize yield
</li><li>Collaborate with designers and other team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience
