 As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary day-to-day partner for a portfolio of customers. You'll help contractors, estimators, engineers, and operations leaders maximize the value of our software while building strong, long-term relationships.

 What You'll Do:

 What We're Looking For:
 
 
 Required Qualifications:

 HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, engineering, or MEP industry background.
 </li>

 Minimum 2 years of experience working at an MEP contractor, engineering firm, or manufacturer representative organization.
 </li>

 Hands-on experience with estimating, takeoffs, blueprint review, and bid management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or similar blueprint and construction document software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

 Strong customer focus with a passion for helping clients succeed.

Prescribed Schedule Requirement: This role operates on a prescribed schedule that is essential for effective business planning and team coverage. Candidates must be able to consistently work the scheduled days and hours as outlined.</li><li>
Schedule Variability Notice: While schedules are prescribed, they may be adjusted as needed due to training, business and operational requirements, including temporary changes to club hours, coverage needs, or vacancies.</li><li>
Full-Time Position: This is a full-time role scheduled for 40 hours per week, typically worked as 9-hour days including a 1-hour unpaid break. Start and end times may vary slightly based on actual club operating hours. Club operating hours are available on our company website.</li><li>

Job Description 
We are seeking a Manager for our technology consulting practice with experience supporting Life Sciences (pharma and MedTech) clients. This role leads technology and transformation initiatives, focusing on operating model design, digital enablement, and patient engagement. The Manager will drive delivery, build client relationships, and support the development of patient-centric platforms and capabilities within complex, global environments.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Lead delivery of technology consulting engagements for Life Sciences clients, focusing on patient engagement strategy, digital enablement, and operating model transformation.</li><li>
Manage cross-functional teams and serve as a day-to-day client lead, driving execution, aligning stakeholders, and scaling patient-centric solutions (e.g., patient support programs, engagement platforms).</li><li>

Qualifications 
Education<ul><li>

Required Experience<ul><li>
5 or more years&rsquo; consulting experience in Life Sciences and demonstrated delivery of patient engagement or patient support solutions (digital, CRM, or services-driven).</li><li>
Proven ability to lead client engagements and teams, with experience managing complex projects involving efficiency, productivity, quality, cost, and digital capabilities.</li><li>
Well-developed business acumen including policy alignment, concise communication, and technology solutions in support of a client's strategic goals.</li><li>

A day in the life 
The Senior Business Development Manager on the Cloud Economics Connect team is the architect of the financial models and methodologies that drive Amazon Connect's AI adoption. On a given day, you might be designing a new ROI framework for a strategic Connect customer, pressure-testing financial models against revenue neutrality constraints, or sitting alongside an AI Specialist in a VP-level customer meeting to walk through the economics of an AI adoption roadmap you built. You turn contact center economics &mdash; containment rates, handle time reduction, cost-per-contact improvement, ARR impact &mdash; into financial models that are both analytically defensible and executively compelling. You think beyond the individual engagement &mdash; your goal is to build methodologies that scale, so that every AWS field team member can walk into a Connect AI conversation armed with the same rigor and confidence.
