Job Description:</h4> 
Due to the expansion of our customer base, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the P3. 
The successful applicant has previous experience working in a fast-moving technical environment. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, this role is the ideal opportunity for a problem solving oriented individual with an interest and natural aptitude for software and technology who enjoys direct contact with clients. 
The new Customer Success Manager will work alongside the team in Boulder and Dublin to help the ongoing onboarding of new customers in North America.

About the role</h4><ul><li>
Own the post-sales lifecycle for a portfolio of commercial growers across Spain, Portugal, and LatAm. Owning onboarding, adoption, retention and play a key role in expansion</li><li>
Build deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders at each account (from operations managers/agronomists to C-suite)</li><li>
Proactively monitor customer health, drive customer impact within the company, and intervene early. You don&rsquo;t wait for churn signals.</li><li>
Drive platform adoption across hexafarms&rsquo; core modules: yield forecasting, sensing, and disease &amp; pest detection modules</li><li>
Lead regular business reviews and translate platform data into clear, actionable insights for your customers</li><li>
Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the commercial team to grow accounts</li><li>
Serve as the structured voice of the customer internally. You should bring high-quality feedback to product and engineering</li><li>
Be willing to visit customers on-site across Spain and Portugal (20-30% of the time)</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Your profile</h4><ul><li>
3 years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or high-touch client-facing role, ideally in B2B SaaS</li><li>
C2 Spanish and strong English (B2&ndash;C1 minimum); Portuguese is a plus</li><li>
Technically curious and comfortable navigating data-heavy platforms. You don&rsquo;t need to be an engineer, but you need to understand what the product is doing and why it matters</li><li>
Extreme ownership mindset: you treat your customer portfolio like it&rsquo;s your business</li><li>
Proactive, structured, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball</li><li>
Comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace. We are a startup; this means processes are being built, and you&rsquo;ll help building them</li><li>
Be based in Spain and willing to travel within the Iberian Peninsula for customer visits</li><li>
Background in agri-tech, food production, or a highly technical vertical is a plus but not required</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
