Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events and notifying appropriate personnel as needed.</li><li>
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, stockroom-adjacent areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.</li><li>
Monitor customer and employee movement in assigned areas, assist with queue and entry management during busy periods, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns.</li><li>
Support closing and opening routines, observe alarm-related activity, and assist with security-related checks of doors, gates, and restricted areas in accordance with site procedures.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Minimum Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
A guard card/license is preferred.</li><li>
Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.</li><li>
Access control/badge experience is preferred.</li><li>
Customer service experience is preferred.</li><li>
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li><li>
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
