Education, Training, and Experience<div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.</li><li>
7&ndash;10+ years of experience in IT project or program management, preferably within federal or government contracting environments.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, multi-workstream programs with complex dependencies.</li><li>
Experience interfacing directly with Government stakeholders, including CORs and program leadership.</li><li>
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and governance frameworks.</li><li>
Proven ability to manage program schedules, risks, resource allocation, and reporting across multiple teams.</li><li>
Experience supporting cybersecurity, cloud, or IT modernization programs is highly desirable.</li><li>
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver updates to both technical and executive audiences.</li><li>
