Keep all plugins up-to-date.</li><li>Ensure website content remains current, engaging, and aligned with marketing initiatives.</li><li>Manage online ticketing and event information in coordination with organizational platforms</li><li>Collaborate with Social Media Coordinator to create clear goals and aligned workflow</li></ul><p><b>Photography, Video, and Media Archive</b></p><ul><li>Work with Archive and Social Media Coordinator to maintain and organize the organization&rsquo;s photography and video archive.</li><li>Ensure images and video documentation are catalogued and readily accessible for marketing, grant applications, press outreach, and presenter communication.</li><li>Work with the organization&rsquo;s publicity consultant to supply images and maintain an archive of press coverage, reviews, and published materials.</li></ul><p><b>Communications and CRM Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage all organizational e-blasts and digital communications to schools, audiences, partners, and supporters through Network for Good and Sales Forces.</li><li>Maintain communication lists and segmentation to support targeted outreach to audiences, donors, school partners, presenters, and community members.</li><li>Coordinate messaging across Salesforce and Network for Good systems to ensure consistent and strategic communication with constituents.</li><li>Support staff and leadership in maintaining clear and consistent communication practices across organizational platforms.</li></ul><p><b>Marketing Campaign Management</b></p><ul><li>Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar to ensure timely promotion of performances, programs, and campaigns.</li><li>Execute marketing campaigns from start to finish including design, printing, mailing, digital promotion, and follow-up.</li><li>Produce promotional materials for performances including postcards, digital graphics, email content, event invitations, and social media assets.</li><li>Manage publicity and ticketing for special events and performances.</li><li>Coordinate the organization&rsquo;s annual holiday fundraising campaign in collaboration with the Development team, including preparation of printed letters and mailing materials.</li></ul><p><b>Events, Studio Support, and Public Engagement</b></p><ul><li>Manage displays and marketing materials at performances, events, and public programs.</li><li>Oversee ticketing, guest relations, box office/usher staffing and supervision, and all front of house needs for all events.</li><li>Staff public events whenever possible, including check-in, audience engagement, and information tables when a professional box office is not present.</li><li>Coordinate community events, studio programs, Teaching Artist professional development, auditions, open rehearsals, and public-facing programs.</li><li>Work with the Education team to represent the organization at some partner school Culminating Events, including speaking welcome and closing remarks, coordinating with school leadership, technical needs, and photo/video.</li><li>Function as part of the operations team, opening and closing Amanda Selwyn Dance Studio for programs in collaboration with the team.</li></ul><p><b>Strategic Planning and Audience Development</b></p><ul><li>Develop and lead ongoing marketing and audience development strategies.</li><li>Develop communication and marketing initiatives to expand partnerships with schools, presenters, and community organizations.</li><li>Develop systems and strategies to increase program visibility and outreach to new schools and audiences.</li><li>Assist with long-term communications planning and organizational growth strategies.</li></ul><p><b>Board and Organizational Support with Communications and Event Promotion</b></p><ul><li>Work closely with the Board of Directors, Junior Board, Volunteers, and Committee Members by providing communications materials, reports, and marketing support for strategic initiatives and fundraising efforts.</li><li>Assist with preparation of materials for board meetings and development initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with Development staff to create the organization&rsquo;s Annual Report.</li></ul><p><b>Grants, Partnerships, and Vendor Relations</b></p><ul><li>Support grant proposals and reports by organizing and supplying required marketing materials and documentation.</li><li>Assist in maintaining relationships with the Department of Education and other government partners by supporting required filings and documentation.</li><li>Attend the Arts and Culture Services Fair and other sector events as needed.</li></ul><p><b>Technology and Staff Support</b></p><ul><li>Support staff in the use of organizational marketing and communications tools including Wordpress, Canva, Network for Good, Sales Force, Vimeo, and other digital platforms.</li><li>Maintain internal systems that ensure marketing materials and branding resources are easily accessible to staff.</li></ul><p><b>Additional Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Perform other duties as needed to support the marketing, communications, and programmatic needs of the organization.</li></ul><p><b>Work Schedule</b>This is a full-time, non-exempt position (40 hours per week). The typical schedule is Monday&ndash;Friday, 9 a.m.&ndash; 5 p.m., with some evenings and weekends required to support performances, events, and organizational programming.
