<li>Analyze historical sales, seasonality, trends, and market changes to generate accurate demand forecasts and supply plans.</li>
<li>Monitor inventory performance metrics and KPIs&mdash;such as inventory turnover, obsolete/slow-moving stock, stockouts, on-time fill rate&mdash;and identify areas for improvement.</li>
<li>Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity in the inventory management system.</li>
<li>Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, operations, sales, and finance teams to ensure synchronized planning and inventory execution.</li>
<li>Lead initiatives to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, minimize obsolescence, and improve service levels.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain inventory policies, procedures, and controls (e.g., cycle count programs, audit routines, documentation) to ensure compliance and best practices.</li>
<li>Utilize advanced analytics (e.g., statistical modeling, segmentation, ABC/XYZ analysis) and inventory management software/ERP systems to drive decision making.</li>
<li>Create and present detailed inventory reports, dashboards and insights to senior management, highlighting risks, trends, opportunities, and progress on key initiatives.</li>
<li>Support new product launches, special promotions, end-of-life transitions, and changes in demand patterns by developing inventory plans and coordinating execution.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Other Requirements:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field. Master&rsquo;s preferred</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in inventory management, forecasting, supply chain analytics, or related functions&mdash;ideally with increasing responsibility.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros), and comfortable working with data, databases and large datasets.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, other) and familiarity with supply chain metrics.</li>
<li>Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills&mdash;able to engage cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and present to senior leadership.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities and competing demands.</li>
<li>Experience with demand forecasting methods, inventory optimization techniques (safety stock, ABC/XYZ classification), and inventory lifecycle management (new product introduction to end-of-life).</li>
<li>This role is typically office-based but may require occasional travel to warehouses, suppliers or other sites.</li>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree or relevant advanced certification (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP, ISM).</li>
<li>Experience with global inventory management, multi-site operations, or complex supply chains.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience driving inventory process improvements, change management or system implementations.</li>
<li>Strong business acumen with understanding of cost drivers, working capital impact, and P&amp;L implications of inventory decisions.</li>
