Background and experience<ul><li> 
10+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or data platform leadership roles.</li><li>
Proven experience in building and managing trading or financial data platforms.</li><li>
Strong understanding of market data feeds, trade lifecycle, and financial data models.</li><li>
Expertise with modern data technologies (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, Kafka, or equivalents.).</li><li>
Experience implementing ML Ops frameworks (e.g. MLflow, Kubeflow, Prefect, or SageMaker)</li><li>

Understanding of DataOps, FinOps, and cost-optimised data management practices.</li><li>
Familiarity with distributed systems and high-throughput data processing (e.g. Ray, Dask, Spark).</li><li>
Experience with feature engineering, model lifecycle management, and data-driven research environments (e.g. JupyterHub).</li></ul>

Responsibilities<ul>

Work with customers and internal teams alongside to you to identify business requirements, translate them into technical solutions and monitor project progress for high quality technical deliverables</li>
<li>Continuously monitor and optimize reference architectures, document and monitor checklists, best practices</li>
<li>Design and implement scalable and reliable solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or on-premise for pre-sales and post-sales activities or projects while promoting best practices, acting as an internal and external consultant</li>
<li>Interact with IT &amp; System Experts, Managers and Directors on customers to create solutions that exceeds customer expectations</li>

Requirements
Must have:<ul>
<li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.</li>
<li>15+ years of experience in a relevant position.
</li><li>5+ years on client facing consulting environments</li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with solution oriented approach</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills in English</li>
<li>Ability to effectively communicate solution architectures, design proposals and negotiate options at business unit and executive levels</li>
<li>Ability to lead in ambiguity and advise clients and team members according to best practices</li>
</ul>

Extensive experience in overall architecture of Cloud Solutions preferably Google Cloud (Azure, AWS, on-premise experience are welcome)</li>
