As a Community Development Manager, you will combine your community engagement and industry knowledge to support Google&rsquo;s infrastructure growth. Pay for Assistant Profit Center Lead is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year at this location.

If so, then we’d like you to join our team as an Assistant Profit Center Lead.
 
About the Role: 
You will: 
<ul>
<li>Function as the manager when the Profit Center Manager is not onsite.</li>
<li>Assist with the recruitment, development, training, coaching, evaluation, and management of the Profit Center team.</li>
<li>Analyze performance data and implement appropriate strategies to increase sales, improve operating efficiencies, manage assets, and increase return on investment and profit sharing.</li>
<li>Assist with servicing customers, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and warehousing and sales as part of the Profit Center Team.</li>
<li>Build relationships in the community to understand the marketplace, increase market share, and identify new markets.</li>
<li>Conduct all business in accordance with Company policy and procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain and insist upon a safe working environment in accordance with the company’s Safety Standards, OSHA, DOT, and any other applicable regulations.</li>
<li>Safeguard and maintain all Profit Center assets – buildings, fleet, equipment, inventory, and receivables.</li>
<li>Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li>

About You:

<li>5+ years sales and service experience</li>
</ul>

<li>Be able to read, write, speak and understand English.</li>
