 We are looking for Data Center Technicians to join our rapidly expanding team. The position will help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or exceed defined service levels of data center operations. This position involves in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair as well as participating in an on-call rotation.
 
 
 This position requires that the candidate selected be a US citizen and currently possess and maintain an active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility. The position further requires that, after start, the selected candidate obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and satisfy other security related requirements. This position requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.
 
 
 Key job responsibilities

 Daily building rounds to monitor and record information from electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment to ensure 24/7 reliability and availability
 </li>

 Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Management System (EPMS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in troubleshooting of facility and rack-level events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform rack installs and rack decommissioning within internal SLA
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform PM, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Technical writing to support change management program
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor daily work requests and manage to resolution, and execute projects from conception to completion
 </li>

 On-site support of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures &amp; local legislation

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Data Center Technician is responsible for deploying, installing, configuring, and supporting enterprise data center infrastructure. This role involves installing and positioning server racks, integrating server and network hardware, connecting power, managing cabling, performing hardware replacements, and assisting with system configuration during large-scale deployment projects.
 
 
 This is a hands-on position requiring strong mechanical aptitude, technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced data center environments.  Key Responsibilities

Critical Facilities Technician (Level 1):
The Critical Facilities Technician provides comprehensive data center white space support for IT infrastructure, which may include monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, and day-to-day maintenance &ndash; all of this being site-dependent and as per the service level agreements with our clients. Critical Facilities Technicians are also responsible for site rounds and using event monitoring and management systems to provide notifications and escalations to stakeholders during service outages.

 Critical Facilities Technician (Level 2):
The Critical Facilities Technician is responsible, as part of a team, for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center is operating at peak efficiency. This involves both planned preventative maintenance of equipment, daily corrective work, and emergency response to emergent issues. The Critical Facilities Technician primarily interacts with team leads, clients, and vendors. Data center equipment that supports mission-critical servers must maintain better than 99.999% uptime. This equipment includes, but is not limited to, emergency diesel generators, electrical switchgear, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, chemical treatment systems, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems, and a basic understanding of this equipment would be preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise server hardware in data center environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and upgrade of server infrastructure across customer and company-operated data centers. This role requires strong hardware diagnostics expertise, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in mission-critical environments.
The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of enterprise-class servers, storage systems, rack infrastructure, and data center operational best practices while maintaining a strong focus on uptime, quality, and customer satisfaction.
