<p>As a Tech Lead for the Data Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and optimization of data infrastructure and analytics solutions. You will lead a team of data engineers and analysts, ensuring high-quality delivery of scalable data products that enable actionable insights and support business growth. You will play a critical role in shaping the data strategy, mentoring team members, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.</p>

<div><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p>

<div><ul><li><p>Lead the design, assembly, and maintenance of large, complex data sets that meet functional and non-functional business requirements.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Architect and implement internal process improvements, including optimizing data delivery, redesigning infrastructure for scalability, and automating manual processes.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Oversee the development of robust ETL/ELT pipelines and data integrations from diverse sources using AWS, SQL, and modern data engineering tools.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Guide the creation of analytical tools and data models that deliver actionable insights into key business performance metrics such as operational efficiency, product usage, and customer acquisition.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Partner with stakeholders across Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to define data infrastructure needs, solve technical challenges, and ensure data reliability.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to data engineers and analysts, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, design patterns, and documentation.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Establish and enforce data governance, quality, and security standards to maintain trust in data products.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Drive the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations, ensuring data storytelling that enables informed decision-making.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Conduct and oversee data validation, root cause analysis, and quality assurance to guarantee accuracy and consistency across reports and pipelines.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve the team&rsquo;s capabilities and the organization&rsquo;s data maturity.</p></li></ul><br>

<p></p><div><p><b>Skills and Qualifications</b></p>
</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Over 6 Years of proven experience as a Data Engineer / Data Analytics Lead / Tech Lead or in a senior data engineering/analytics role.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Strong background in building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets for analytics and business applications.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Expertise in SQL database design and hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Snowflake, etc.).</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Proficiency in Python (or similar languages) for data processing, automation, and analytics.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Solid understanding of data models, metadata, and workload management.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience in business intelligence (BI) and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), including dashboard/report design and data quality testing.</p>
</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work on unstructured datasets and perform root cause analysis on complex processes.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Familiarity with modern data orchestration and transformation tools (e.g., Airflow, Talend Studio, dbt, Microsoft Fabric).</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience in mentoring and guiding teams, setting coding standards, and performing code reviews.</p>
