About The Role:

The Data Integration Team are the subject matter experts on health care data sources and understanding how they can be leveraged for analysis and research. They are looking for a smart, innovative individual who will lead the mapping of new data sources in the Data Integration Analyst role. In this position, you will work with a variety of healthcare data sources and standardize incoming data for use in our IHD platform. The role works collaboratively with the data engineering team. Our team works in a fast-paced, rapid-learning environment with leaders in healthcare and software, working with massive data sets and healthcare data analytics. This position reports to the Associate Director of Data Integration at Panalgo.<br>

<div><p>Under general supervision, the <b>Reporting and Integrations Analyst</b> is responsible for designing, creating and executing analytical products including standard reporting, custom reporting, import/export data files, eligibility processing, dashboards, and simulation models. This role works with staff to produce routine reports that provide valuable insight for all areas of the business to enable continuous business improvements with current practices, products and services.</p>

<p><b>What You?ll Do:</b></p>
<p>As the Reporting &amp; Integrations Analyst, you will:</p>
<ul><li>Work with business users and decision makers at various levels within the organization to understand business data needs and translate them into the required reporting solutions. Develop and execute standard reports and data files using MS SQL Server data query tools and provide them to users. Assist with the development of custom reports.</li>
<li>Interpret standard data and analyze results using analytical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in data sets. Refer complex projects to higher-level staff for review.</li>
<li>Complete daily production tasks, including, but not limited to, eligibility processing, claim and cycle reporting, and operational reporting. Support eligibility data flow monitoring to help ensure accurate and timely processing. Escalate issues when necessary.</li>
<li>Execute tasks in alignment with established business and information needs. Support corporate initiatives and projects related to data requests and analytical products. Submit routine reports to internal staff and executive team as requested.</li>
<li>Initially validate results using established, predefined criteria to ensure data integrity of the reports and/or files produced.</li>
<li>Fulfill internal custom data reporting, dashboard, and file requests based on defined requirements. Develop simple queries, conduct testing, maintain dashboards, and execute any import/export processes. Document established report data formatting, delivery methods, and maintenance procedures.</li>
<li>Assist with technical aspects of external implementations, supporting standardized data exchange processes. Develop and test eligibility data files, claim files, and custom extracts or reports. Define profiles and document procedures.</li>
<li>Support training activities for internal users on reporting tools and provide ongoing assistance to both internal users and external partners. Help in coordinating data file transfers with system vendors and external partners.</li>
<li>Adhere to technical directions to support staff. Use existing procedures to solve routine problems. Receive instruction, guidance and direction from others.</li>
<li>Develop an understanding of the organization, its processes and customers. Apply standard methods to address clearly defined problems. Receive close guidance and direction from more senior team members. Problems faced are typically straightforward with limited complexity.</li>
<li>Complete other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, and/or Mathematics preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Previous related experience preferred (e.g. authoring SQL queries and using report writing tools with SSRS experience).</li>
</ul>

<p><b>What You?ll Do:</b></p>
<p>As the <b>temporary Reporting and Integrations Analyst II</b>, you will:</p>
<ul><li>Work with business users and decision makers at various levels within the organization to understand business data needs and translate them into reporting solutions. Develop and execute standard and custom reports and data files using MS SQL Server data query tools and provide them to users.</li>
<li>Interpret routine and non-routine data and analyze results using analytical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in more complex data sets.</li>
<li>Assist in the completion of daily production tasks as necessary, including, but not limited to, eligibility processing, claim and cycle reporting, and operational reporting. Monitor eligibility data flows to ensure accurate and timely processing. Provide troubleshooting support to resolve incidents.</li>
<li>Partner with management and team members to align to established business and information needs. Support corporate initiatives and projects related to data requests and analytical products. Submit routine and non-routine reports to internal staff and executive team as requested.</li>
<li>Validate results to ensure data integrity of the reports and/or files produced. Assist in the development and refinement of validation methodologies and criteria.</li>
<li>Work with internal customers on custom data reporting, dashboards, and file requests, assisting with definition of requirements under the guidance of management. Develop moderate queries, conduct testing, develop and enhance dashboards, and execute any import/export processes. Establish and document report data formatting, delivery methods, and maintenance procedures.</li>
<li>Support moderate to complex external implementations, assisting in data exchange processes, and contributing to the development of data mapping specifications for custom file layouts. Develop and test eligibility data files, claim files, and custom extracts or reports. Define profiles and document procedures. May participate and support in calls with external individuals.</li>
<li>Provide training to internal users on reporting tools and provide ongoing assistance to both internal users and external partners. Work with external partners and system vendors to coordinate data file transfers.</li>
<li>Provide guidance on the work of other lower-level professionals or manage processes and programs. Exercise limited discretion to vary from established procedures when performing structured work assignments.</li>
<li>Build knowledge of the organization, its processes and customers. Analyze possible solutions using standard procedures to resolve a range of straightforward problems. Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.</li>

<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
