Job Summary
As a Business &amp; Ops Specialist, within the Global Supplier Services team you will report to a Sourcing and Procurement (Business &amp; Ops) Manager and will be responsible for managing contract data related matters. This position requires an experienced person who will be able to do the contract abstraction, contract review, regulatory compliance check etc.
Job responsibilities:
<ul><li>Complete abstractions of third party vendor and Inter-Affiliate contracts, identifying required data elements and ensuring they are accurately updated in the contract repository</li><li>
Arrange past contract amendments uploaded within contract repository, following the hierarchy and rename contracts following the naming convention as part of clean up initiative and classify the contracts based on the template.</li><li>
Support regulatory remediation efforts by identifying the contracts that doesn&rsquo;t meet regulatory requirements and tag it appropriately</li><li>
Support JPMC merger and acquisition process by ensuring that the active contracts between supplier and JPMC acquired entity are uploaded to the repository</li><li>
Analyze contract reporting to ensure issues are identified, communicated and resolved</li><li>
Ensure documentation is captured and stored in compliance with document retention standards</li><li>
Analyze root cause of contract data quality errors; identify themes, trends, lessons learned; recommend corrective actions</li><li>
Think critically and independently, provide recommendations and/or conclusions based on quantitative and qualitative analyses performed.</li><li>
Support in innovating existing processes and the development of tools to perform recurring tasks in an efficient and automated manner.</li><li>
Coordinate across teams from various business units and work in a collaborative team environment.</li><li>
Make sure abstractions are completed properly for Schedules tied to all medium and above risk engagements and the respective Masters</li></ul>
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills<ul><li>
2+ years of experience in contract abstraction, legal document review, regulatory compliance or other similar experience.</li><li>
Able to adapt to change easily</li><li>
