This team owns several of the company&rsquo;s most valuable data assets, including our Hispanic Household Graph, household and identity graph solutions, entity resolution capabilities across multiple identity providers, conflict resolution methodologies, proprietary audience segments, and strategic partnerships that expand TelevisaUnivision&rsquo;s data ecosystem and enable new data-driven products and services.</p><p>
The <b>Director of Data Science, Graph and Insights</b> will lead the strategy, development, and continuous evolution of TelevisaUnivision&rsquo;s household and identity graph capabilities. This leader will be responsible for advancing the quality, scalability, and business value of our proprietary graph assets through statistical modeling, algorithm development, identity resolution, and integration of first- and third-party datasets. The Director will establish technical direction, prioritize initiatives, and partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Ad Sales to ensure our graph capabilities continue to drive competitive advantage.</p><p></p><p>
This is a player-coach leadership role, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on technical contributions. The Director will mentor and develop a team of data scientists while remaining actively involved in solving complex technical challenges, guiding architectural decisions, and delivering high-impact analytical solutions.</p><p></p><p>
A successful candidate will be an integral leader within the Enterprise Data organization and a trusted partner to stakeholders across the company. Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for TelevisaUnivision&rsquo;s household and identity graph capabilities.</li><li>

The Bureau of Data Technology and Strategy (DTS) is dedicated to the development of the Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and is home to data strategy, data governance, data product management, data engineering, and data science capabilities. The Applied Data Science unit within DTS oversees a number of mission critical agency projects including the Master Patient Index project, the Client Engagement Platform project, the Whole Genome Sequencing project, and various interoperability projects to support Disease surveillance systems. The unit also provides analytical support for ad hoc analyses and admin support for the Enterprise Data Platform.
