Success in this role means delivering scalable BI solutions aligned with the company&rsquo;s broadband business objectives, including increasing market share, revenue growth, operational improvements and excellence. This position collaborates with stakeholders to define critical performance metrics such as customer acquisition, churn, ARPA (Average Revenue Per Account), customer penetration rates and operational metrics, while partnering with Development to ensure data warehouse architecture and BI tools and vendors are scalable, accurate and effective.
Prior experience in Broadband operations is required. In this position, you will be key in providing guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders on a wide variety of issues, including interaction with Sr. Executive staff. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive required outcomes.
