</p><p><b>Position Overview</b> The Visualization and Database SME manages, integrates, and applies data visualization, database, automation, and analytical tools to support assessment planning and execution. This role requires expertise in Tableau (required), relational databases, SQL, automation programming, and modern data integration practices. The SME designs dashboards, develops database-driven applications, implements automation solutions, and integrates internal and external data sources in collaborative Agile environments.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>
Data Visualization &amp; Insight Delivery</b></p><ul><li>
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau (required) and/or Power BI dashboards to convey complex insights.</li><li>
Translate analytical findings into intuitive visual products for leadership decision-making.</li><li>

Minimum Requirements</b></p><p><b>

Minimum 7 years of combined experience with: Tableau (required), Power BI, SQL, Access, Excel, Visual Basic, SharePoint.</li><li>
