Your New Role...</b></p><p></p><p>
Warner Bros. Discovery is searching for a Data &amp; Administration Specialist to join the Global Business Services (GBS) People &amp; Culture (P&amp;C) team. In this role, the associate performs a variety of administrative functions in support of the various teams within the P&amp;C GBS organization, including but not limited to entering document information using various software systems, following up and reconciling documents, receiving mail and internal/external documents, processing compliance related data, etc.</p><p></p><p><b>

Your Role Accountabilities...</b></p><ul><li><p>
Perform individual employee data transactions and data-entry in Workday, OTA, ServiceNow and other systems, for and not limited to:</p><ul><li><p>
Backlot hire/rehire/updates.</p></li><li><p>
Work-for-hires, hire/rehire/updates.</p></li><li><p>
Talent vouchers, hire/rehire/updates.</p></li><li><p>
Theatrical hire/rehire/updates.</p></li><li><p>
Participations hire/updates.</p></li><li><p>
Participation ACH conversion.</p></li><li><p>
Update employee information in Workday</p></li><li><p>
Residual Hire information/update</p></li><li><p>
Minor Trust ACH conversion</p></li><li><p>
Compile SAG-AFTRA and DGA Employment Diversity Reports</p></li><li><p>
Tuition aid reimbursement requests</p></li><li><p>
Separation notice distribution for voluntary terminations</p></li><li><p>
Handle mail for tax notices, SSA, EDD audits, Disability &amp; Paid Family Leave</p></li><li><p>
ACH rejections within banking systems</p></li><li><p>
Unemployment Claim Response &amp; Administration</p></li><li><p>
State and Other report and audit management</p></li></ul></li><li><p>
Performing and tracking administrative departmental tasks including report reviewing, data updates, mailing, filing, sending correspondence and records management</p></li><li><p>
Working on departmental projects as and when required</p></li><li><p>
Scanning and storage of documents (physical and electronic) into our document management solutions.</p></li><li><p>
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and protect personal data when processing transactions and requests</p></li><li><p>

Qualifications &amp; Experience...</b></p><ul><li><p><b>
Experience:</b> 0-2 years Human Resources administrative or related experience required. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use confidential information appropriately.</p></li><li><p><b>
Education:</b> High School diploma or equivalent experience in related field required.</p></li><li><p><b>
Shift Requirements:</b> Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with flexibility on hours where required</p></li><li><p><b>
Technical Skills:</b> Experience with Workday HR/payroll or other SaaS payroll and ServiceNow (preferred) or other case management/knowledgebase tools, and the ability to learn new technology and software programs. Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.</p></li><li><p><b>
Relationship Management:</b> Strong relationship skills with ability to build and maintain effective collaborations. Recognized for reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness.</p></li><li><p><b>
Process Management:</b> Strong aptitude for process improvements and problem solving. Ability to manage ad hoc high-volume activities in a fast-paced environment.</p></li><li><p><b>
Organizational Skills:</b> Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills. Has strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</p></li><li><p><b>
Communication:</b> Exceptional communication and customer service skills, capable of interpreting and conveying complex information clearly, with minimal grammatical/mathematical errors, at all levels and in English. Must have flexible and adaptable attitude to cope with fast changing and complex environment</p></li></ul><p></p><p>

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery&rsquo;s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $56,697.00 - $105,294.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.<p></p>
