It includes assisting the teacher and therapists in implementing the preschool curriculum and individual goals, as well as helping maintain the overall organization of classroom equipment, supplies, and physical space. The position supports the creation of educational materials and displays, including children's art, curriculum themes, and decorations for special events. Additional responsibilities include supervising students throughout the school day, including during arrival and dismissal, assisting with diapering, toileting, and toilet training as needed, preparing morning and afternoon snacks, helping supervise lunch, and preparing activities and meals for daycare children.
