Qualification and Education Requirements</div>
<ul><li>Twenty (20) years of age or older</li>
<li>Experience working with preschool and school age children</li>
<li>Must be able to pass an FBI clearance, State</li>
<li>of Delaware Criminal History Background Check, National and State Sexual Abuse</li>
<li>Registry check, and National and State Child Abuse Registry Check per Delacare</li>
<li>regulations.</li>
<li>High school diploma or its equivalency recognized by</li>
<li>the Delaware Department of Education and TECE 1 and TECE 2</li>
<li>One (1) year of full time experience (must be</li>
<li>equivalent to 1,000 hours) working with either preschool or school-age children.</li>
<li>Early Childhood Administrator Certificate</li>

<ul><li>Frequently lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 25 pounds when preparing room for instruction.</li>
<li>Typically bends, stoops, walks and sometimes runs on a regular basis while interacting with children in various activities throughout the day.
</li><li>Ability to perform duties effectively under stressful conditions; ability to make decisions quickly and accurately with tact and impartiality.</li>
<li>Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</li>
<li>High energy, comfort with multi-tasking, able to work with numerous deadlines.</li>
</ul><div>Work Hours: Split shift- 6:30am- 9:30am &amp; 2:00pm-6:30pm
