Caramel, a subsidiary of eBay, is a fast-growing auto tech company founded in 2021 that is redefining the car sale process for independent dealer and private party car sales.
Many independent dealers struggle to access the tools, partners, and workflows they need to complete diverse types of car sales efficiently and safely. Caramel empowers these dealers with great F&amp;I partners, the ability to bypass time-consuming administrative work (paperwork, title work, and lending operations), and a process that enables them to transact confidently and profitably with consumers across the US.
As part of our dealer channel expansion, the Dealer Activation Manager, Dealer Channel will grow Caramel&rsquo;s independent dealer base, deepen relationships with producing dealers, and advance our dealer-focused product strategy. This role reports to the Manager, Dealer Sales, works closely with the Dealer Account Executive team, and partners with the Head of Dealer Services. It is a home-based position with travel for field selling, dealer visits, and industry conferences.

The Dealer Finance Manager role is in the Thermo King Americas business unit. The role provides strategic and operational finance leadership and business partnership to the Company Owned Dealer channel. This position is responsible for partnering with the Dealer General Manager, their leadership team, and overall sales organization, to drive and manage bookings, revenue, operations, standard margin, and overhead expenses. This position will be instrumental in supporting Dealer integration, our largest growth lever for the business, and establishing standards for our internal Dealer network. The role reports to the Thermo King Dealer General Manager.

Primary Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop and manage complex business modelling scenarios for leadership decision making; translate insights into action with cross functional teams</li><li>
Develop the Thermo King Dealer channel financial acumen through integration, standard setting, focused training and strong partnership on business performance</li><li>
