As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all new vehicle deliveries, lease-returns, and trade-ins from your facility as well as onsite inventory. You will lead a team of Delivery Associates and Vehicle Operations Specialists ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional service from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring state and local compliance, implementation of internal business practices, and accurate completeness of every customer transaction. This is a critical role to ensure customer expectations and timelines are met in order to execute on successful customer delivery operations.

Team Management and Development:

<li>Lead field Delivery team, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Ensure smooth transitions across all stages of the delivery process&mdash;financial clearance, documentation handling, and delivery ceremonies&mdash;in collaboration with Field Sales, Lucid Financial Services and logistics partners.</li>
<li>Ensure highest level of accuracy of every transaction before handing over vehicle.</li>
<li>Lead the professional growth of the Delivery team through one-on-one coaching, training, group discussions, role-playing exercises, and other effective coaching methods to achieve superior customer satisfaction.</li>

Trade-In &amp; Inventory Management :
<ul>
<li>Handle customer trade-ins, titling paperwork, and transferring of non-Lucid trade in vehicles through a 3rd party</li>
<li>Managing the intake of trade in vehicle and leveraging sound judgement in confirming the condition of trade-in</li>
<li>Partner with Remarketing team and handle Pre-Delivery Inspections on Lucid trade in and upgrades</li>
<li>Manage and oversight of the flow and forecasting of Lucid vehicles and requesting of additional inventory</li>
<li>Manage quality and condition of vehicle inventory and readiness</li>
</ul>
Problem-Solving &amp; Decision-Making:

<li>Identify and remove technical, operational, and organizational barriers. Propose solutions using a business-oriented mindset and confidently utilize Salesforce reporting and analytics.</li>
<li>Handle and manage any customer escalations that may arise at the time of delivery</li>

Operational Planning:

<li>Manage customer delivery pipeline, ensuring prompt pairing of customers with Delivery Associates</li>
<li>Excel in operations and planning sharing performance insights with the team and implementing corrective actions for deviations.</li>

Brand Standards:

Qualifications:

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager &ndash; Shared Services to lead the end-to-end delivery of IT services across multiple clients within a shared services model. This leadership role involves managing a team of technical professionals spanning Helpdesk, Network, Cloud, Systems, and IT Security disciplines. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with strong client engagement capabilities, an ITIL-driven mindset, and a deep understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Own and drive IT service delivery ensuring operational excellence and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.</li><li>Manage and coordinate shared and dedicated IT teams, including:</li><li>Helpdesk Support</li><li>Network and Cloud (Azure) Engineers</li><li>Systems Engineers</li><li>IT Security Engineers</li><li>Implement and maintain ITIL-aligned processes:</li><li>Incident Management</li><li>Change Management</li><li>Problem Management</li><li>Knowledge Management</li><li>Maintain team rosters, shift schedules, and ensure timely escalations and resource availability.</li><li>Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning for shared resources.</li><li>Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service consistency and risk mitigation.</li><li>Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for clients, conducting service reviews and presenting reports on KPIs, SLAs, and dashboards.</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments including HR, Finance, and Presales to drive delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum 7 years in IT Service Delivery or Operations Management, with 3+ years in a shared services or managed services environment.</li><li>Technical Expertise: Proficient in IT infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, Helpdesk operations, and cybersecurity principles.</li><li>Frameworks: Practical experience with ITIL best practices.</li><li>Leadership: Proven success in managing cross-functional and remote teams.</li><li>Communication: Exceptional client relationship, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Certifications:<ul><li>Mandatory: ITIL v3 or v4 Certification</li><li>Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
