The Transportation Supervisor will lead an hourly team and influence the entire distribution team to complete the work required to run the distribution center in an efficient, safe and productive manner. Supervisor will be responsible for management of the team members under his/her supervision. Role is responsible for ensuring prompt, efficient and accurate handling of merchandise and development and implementation of team goals. Role is responsible for hiring, evaluation, development, discipline, and termination of hourly associates. Supervisor has management responsibility for 20 top to 30 hourly associates. 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
45% Managing Process: Executes transportation functions of the facility in according to budgetary cost goals, operating standards, and performance metrics. Manages dedicated fleet and one way carrier execution. Plans,executes store delivery routes. Partners with outbound operations to ensure load schedule is met. Responsible for yard management, customer service performance, including communication with stores. Analyzes service to store results, Voice of Customer results, and creates action plans to improve performance. Evaluates, analyzes current work methods to identify opportunities for efficiencies;partners with Operations Manager or AGM to drive solutions.</li><li>
25% Coaching /Developing Associates: Guides associates in daily operations, and monitors to ensure productivity, safety, service and quality. Trains and provides feedback of hourly associates; performs regular evaluations of associates regarding job performance, and methods of performing job tasks. Resolves associate relations issues in assigned functional area. Responsible for hiring, compensation, discipline and termination of hourly associates in assigned department. Investigates operational errors to determine the cause and recommends corrective action where needed.</li><li>
15% Drive Results: Manage execution of on time service to stores, trailer cube utilization and financial goals. Review daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly metric reporting, including financial analysis, to identify actions needs on negative trends; works to improve positive trends. Ensure transportation projects and pilots are on track with project timelines and results.</li><li>
15% Business Planning: Coordinates and monitors transportation plan to ensure key performance metrics are consistent with business plan, including budget and on time delivery. Reviews reports and metrics to plan transportation needs. Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager and General Manager.</li></ul>

Supervises the HR Service Center team, overseeing daily operations, escalations and caregiver experience with a focus on service, efficiency and accuracy. Leads, mentors and motivates the team to deliver excellence in customer service, communication, critical thinking, and problem solving. Monitors overall service delivery, quality and performance indicators, leveraging data and analysis to drive continuous improvement and optimize resource stewardship. Ensures operational performance, quality, positive service environment and compliance with regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
<ul><li>Leads and oversees daily operations of the HR Service Center including Tier 1 HR service center case management and centralized HR transaction processing/support, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery with established SLAs.</li><li>
Supports the development and/or enhancement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and quality controls for the HR Service Center to drive improvement and service recovery.</li><li>
Coordinates and proactively partners with operational customers and HR teams to meet workforce needs and challenges; optimizes alignment of services provided and develops recommendations and action plans for improvement.</li><li>
Develops and/or leads training to equip caregivers with current, relevant information, enabling self-service and effective HR support. Serves as subject matter expert for HR Service Center processes and support. Evaluate team competency and implement performance improvement plans while providing meaningful, constructive feedback.</li><li>
Collaborates with leadership to develop and enhance policies, procedures, and service delivery practices. Supports the creation and communication of knowledge base content, job aids, and FAQs for both caregivers and HR Service Center staff.</li><li>
Analyzes HR service center performance trends and case resolution data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that improve first call resolution and overall service effectiveness.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree required or a combination of education and professional experience that provides the incumbent with the requisite knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the job.</li></ul>
EXPERIENCE
<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years required: Human resources experience, which includes previous experience as an HR Consultant or HR partner.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years preferred: Progressively responsible leadership or lead experience.</li></ul>

The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $87,484 &ndash; $131,248. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, seniority, etc.
