Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility assistance.</li><li>
Support residents with memory loss, using redirection, reassurance, and person-centered care techniques.</li><li>
Assist with feeding, meal preparation, hydration, and medication reminders.</li><li>
Monitor resident safety, prevent wandering, and follow Memory Care safety protocols.</li><li>
Engage residents in meaningful activities designed to promote cognitive function and emotional well-being.</li><li>
Maintain clean and organized resident living spaces and common areas.</li><li>
Observe and report changes in cognitive, behavioral, or physical conditions.</li><li>
Build trusting relationships with residents and families while maintaining dignity, respect, and privacy.</li></ul>
 Required Qualifications<ul><li>
1+ year of caregiver experience with elderly clients, preferably in a Memory Care or long-term care environment.</li><li>
Prefer experience with dementia or Alzheimer&rsquo;s care.</li><li>
Cantonese-speaking highly preferred; English communication required.</li><li>
Ability to pass a Live Scan background check.</li></ul>
