<ul><li>Minimum 2-year dental office experience.</li><li>Proficient in using Dentrix (min 2-year required).</li><li>Prior Experience with PPO, DMO and DMHO dental insurance REQUIRED</li><li>Proficiency with dental procedure codes and billing.</li><li>Experience with one or more dental specialties such as oral surgery, endo, perio or ortho is a plus.</li><li>Highly functioning and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional yet friendly demeanor with patients, as well as with doctors, and fellow team members.</li></ul>

 As our Dental Billing&amp; Front Office, you&rsquo;ll be the driving force behind a new vertical at URBN Dental. You will:

 Lead front desk operations: welcome patients, verify insurance, handle scheduling and payments, and ensure an exceptional front office experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as the main point of contact for patients regarding billing questions, estimates, and account balances
 </li>

 Own the end-to-end OON medical billing process for advanced dental/OMS procedures (implants, grafts, peri-implantitis, OSA therapy, trauma, oncology)

 Cross-code CDT &rarr; CPT/ICD-10 with mastery (e.g., CPT 21248, 21210, 21215, 41899, E0486)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare ARB-ready packets: operative notes, imaging (CBCT), anesthesia logs, MD/nutritionist letters, literature support
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage payer correspondence: EOBs, denials, appeals, open negotiations
 </li>
 <li>
 File disputes via Texas TDI IDR portal (state-regulated plans) and CMS Federal IDR portal (ERISA/self-funded plans)

 Craft winning arbitration submissions: FAIR Health benchmarks, complexity narratives, and &ldquo;baseball-style&rdquo; final offers
