Patient Care &amp; Customer Service*** Ensure a premium patient experience at every stage &mdash; from booking to post-treatment follow-up.* Address and resolve patient complaints professionally and promptly.* Monitor patient satisfaction and implement feedback improvements.#### **5. Financial &amp; Administrative Control*** Manage daily billing, collections, and expense records.* Submit daily and monthly financial summaries to the Director.* Ensure proper handling of payments, receipts, and invoices.* Assist in budgeting and revenue growth planning.#### **6.
