The Director of RCM will be the primary architect and operator of our revenue-related functions. This role is designed for a &quot;player-coach&quot; who possesses the strategic mindset of an executive and the tactical expertise to manage daily billing, insurance verification, claims, collections, and payer relations. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader capable of optimizing a multi-state RCM engine to support our continued expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Mastery &amp; Execution<ul><li>
End-to-End Oversight: Manage all RCM phases: front-end (verification/pre-auth), mid-cycle (coding/charge capture), and back-end (billing/AR/collections).</li><li>
KPI Ownership: Drive performance across key metrics, including Days in AR, Net Collection Rate, Clean Claim Rate, and Denial Percentage.</li><li>
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the current workflow and implement RCM best practices and automation tools to increase efficiency and cash flow.</li><li>
Payer Management: Lead payer contracting efforts and maintain deep knowledge of reimbursement methodologies and multi-state compliance regulations.</li></ul>
Tactical Leadership<ul><li>
Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing RCM team. You will be responsible for building a culture of accountability, setting clear performance standards, and upskilling staff.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as the bridge between RCM and Practice Operations, ensuring clinic staff understand their impact on the revenue cycle.</li><li>
Vendor Management: Maintain rigorous oversight of third-party RCM vendors and clearinghouses to ensure they meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).</li></ul>
Data &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Financial Insights: Translate complex billing data into actionable weekly and monthly reports for the CFO and executive leadership.</li><li>
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify trends in denials or payment delays and implement corrective action plans.</li><li>
Dashboard creation and updating for all aspects of RCM functions to measure efficiency and performance.</li><li>
Compliance: Ensure all processes remain HIPAA-compliant and adhere to internal audit standards and state-specific dental regulations.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Experience: 7&ndash;10+ years of progressive RCM leadership experience. Specific experience in a multi-site healthcare or DSO environment is highly preferred.</li><li>
Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Health Administration, or a related field.</li><li>
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of RCM technology platforms, EHR/PMS integrations, and Excel. Experience with RCM automation is a significant plus.</li><li>

Position: Controller (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller to partner with both our internal Finance team as well as our external client-facing team.

In this role, you will provide accounting services to dental practices, ensuring accurate, timely financial records that help our clients run their practices more effectively. The position is responsible for providing management and oversight for the daily operations of an assigned dental clinic and dental administrative and auxiliary dental teams, to include dental front office receptionists and dental assistants. The Dental Manager works closely with the Lead Dentists, the Regional Dental Manager, and the Chief Dental Officer to ensure delivery of comprehensive quality oral health services to Wesley Health Centers&rsquo; patient population and meet operational goals. This position requires the ability to maintain strict professional boundaries with staff members. Must be adept at problem solving and be able to think critically to achieve positive and reasonable solutions to patient grievances and managing team morale. Requires the ability to prioritize projects.
Principal Administrative Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Make sure that daily Dental Care Team Huddles are conducted each morning and that the meetings are logged for each Dental Care Team.</li><li>
Models excellent customer service both internally and externally as a representative of Wesley Health Centers.</li><li>
Make sure that Dental Staff are following a high level of Customer Service following AIDET principles and special comfort touches. Enforces Telephone scripts and 3 rings rule to answer calls.</li><li>
Supports and trains Dental Front Office regarding business functions such as receipts, use of Dental Sliding Fee, charges, posting of transactions on EPM, dental coding, daily reconciliation, and deposits.</li><li>
Make sure ALL STAFF Front and Back are well trained in the use of computers and NextGen modules-EPM, EDR, EHR</li><li>
Works with the Lead Dentist to achieve expected levels of productivity (20 scheduled appointments for an 8-hour day/provider OR 22 scheduled appointments for a 10-hour day/provider).</li><li>
Full understanding of productive scheduling methods to meet goals while assisting and educating providers to meet their personal goals. Monitors and coordinates appointment schedules and training of Front Office Staff on optimal scheduling for efficiency and productivity.</li><li>

Monitor patient registration, eligibility verifications and financial screening process of Dental Front Office and suggest improvement of processes to Dental Operations Manager and CDO.</li><li>

Make sure that Front Office staff is making confirmation calls and following up with no shows, cancellations, referrals, unscheduled treatment plans and recalls.</li><li>

To provide assistance to the Wellness Director and Wellness Nurse in the administration of medications and treatments to residents.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with policies and procedures and as instructed by your supervisor and/or the Wellness Director, as well as other members of the Leadership Team.</li><li>Assist with medication administration and assistance in accordance with regulations and protocol.</li><li>Perform special treatments as instructed.</li><li>Document medication administration and treatments within MAR.</li><li>Report all adverse reactions, medication errors and resident refusal of medications to</li></ul>Wellness Director or Wellness Nurse.<ul><li>Perform vital signs and monitoring as ordered and instructed.</li><li>Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing/undressing, hair care nail care, shaving, continence management, use of prosthetic devices, securing transportation, shopping, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, correspondence, social, exercise and leisure activities, ambulation and dining.</li><li>Follow established safety regulations, including fire protection, infection control, bloodborne pathogens, hazardous waste and quality assurance procedures.</li><li>Report all changes in the resident&rsquo;s condition and skin breakdown to the Wellness Director.</li><li>Assist in the coordination of effective communication among Resident Assistants, residents and families.</li><li>Maintain liaison with residents and family members.</li><li>Assist in the ongoing supervision of Resident Assistants through training, mentoring and coaching.</li><li>Assist in the development of work schedules and assignments to ensure staff accountability and task completion.</li><li>Follow work assignments and/or work schedules in completing and performing tasks.</li><li>Cooperate with other departmental staff to meet the needs of the residents.</li><li>Report all complaints, grievances and instances of abuse to the Wellness Director.</li><li>Report all occupational exposures to blood, body fluids, infectious materials and hazardous chemical to the Wellness Director.</li><li>Participate and receive report from prior shift.</li><li>Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing/undressing, hair care nail care, shaving, continence management, use of prosthetic devices, securing transportation, shopping, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, correspondence, social, exercise and leisure activities, ambulation and dining.</li><li>Serve meals and assist in the clearing of tables under the direction of the Dietary Manager.</li><li>Implement Joyful Moments activities as assigned and instructed by the Joyful Moments Director.</li><li>Report needed repairs and safety concerns to the Environmental Services Director.</li><li>Answer all emergency response system calls immediately.</li><li>Provide post-mortem care as instructed.</li><li>Work in concert and harmony with other members of the team.</li><li>Communicate with family members, visitors and volunteers in a customer service-oriented manner.</li><li>Complete all paperwork as required.</li><li>Participates in Wellness Meetings.</li><li>Assists in doing laundry as needed.</li></ul>Educational/Vocational Requirements:<ul><li>Successful completion of an approved medication administration course.</li><li>Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.</li><li>Successful completion of CBRF required training: Fire Safety, Standard Precautions, First Aide and Choking.</li></ul>General Requirements:<ul><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.</li><li>Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals within the community.</li><li>Attends and participates in mandated yearly training programs as well as all required meetings.</li><li>Must be able to manage time efficiently so as to achieve goals.</li><li>Adheres to all Human Resources policies, procedures, and code of conduct.</li><li>Respects confidentiality of information and Resident&rsquo;s rights.</li><li>Performs job in a safe manner, using proper body mechanics, infection control, etc.</li></ul>Pay: From $19.00 per hourWork Location: In person
