<div>Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Supervise all laboratory personnel and laboratory processes.</li><li>
Oversee the receiving and entering of all laboratory work and accompanying materials including impressions, models and components.</li><li>
Proficient with manufacturing and fitting of all aspects of full-arch dental prosthetics including accurate manufacturing and articulation of implant models, setting of denture teeth, denture processing and all related components and processes.</li><li>
Responsible for the accurate and on time manufacturing of the prosthetics within a patient-driven schedule.</li><li>
Troubleshoot, repair, and record fractured or broken prosthesis.</li><li>
Construct and monitor a schedule for equipment, instruments and facility maintenance.</li><li>
Responsible for all laboratory related supplies and ordering through paper and/or computer-based purchase order systems.</li><li>
Teaching and training of technicians and auxiliary team.</li><li>
Operate computers and standard office type applications such as web browsers, word processing and</li><li>
spreadsheet software applications as well as dental laboratory specific applications.</li><li>
Maintain only the highest degree of professionalism and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.</li></ul>
Required Experience/Qualifications<ul><li>
A minimum of ten years of hands-on technical experience with at least two years serving in a technical supervision or management capacity.</li><li>
Digital Design Experience highly preferred</li><li>
Certification (CDT) or the completion of an accredited dental laboratory program is preferred but not mandatory</li><li>
Qualified candidates should have knowledge of:<ul><li>
Full arch hybrid restorations</li><li>
Complete dentures</li><li>
Overdentures</li><li>
Implant-based restorative techniques</li><li>
Knowledge of dental science, anatomy and esthetics</li></ul></li></ul>
Working Conditions:
ClearChoice operates two-three person dental laboratories within each of its dental offices. As such, technicians perform their duties in both the dental laboratory and dental office environments. 
Technicians are expected to be onsite at all times Monday through Friday. Days and hours may vary.

Dental Lab Technician Manager

JOB PURPOSE: 
The Manager’s responsibilities will include both technical and supervisory duties. Responsible for the on-site technical training and development of all laboratory technicians at the practice as well as the implementation of new products and technologies. The Manager will be expected to communicate regularly with the regional manager of laboratory excellence and other relevant ACI management and take an active role within the ACI Laboratory Network. While work methods follow established procedures and practices, candidates are expected to consult with the Chief Clinical Officer and team using a high degree of judgment on a patient-by-patient basis.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 
<ul>
<li>Expert in all aspects of denture fabrication, including, but not limited to, setting teeth, denture wax-up, including festooning and carving of teeth, rough and fine finishing and repairs, pouring and trimming denture models</li>
<li>A strong work ethic, proven leadership ability, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills</li>
<li>Expected to understand OSHA protocol</li>
<li>Willingness to cross-train lab team members in all areas of the lab</li>

The Dental Referral and Authorization Operations Supervisor is a working supervisor position with the majority of time spent directly on processing referrals and authorizations. The remaining time is divided between oversight of day-to-day referral and authorization operations, daily queue management, and people leadership of the Dental Referral and Authorization Specialist team. Operational oversight includes managing the overall referral and prior-authorization process and reporting, dental program communications, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Operational Oversight<ul><li>
Monitor daily referral queue volumes, determine and implement appropriate escalation actions as needed to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.</li><li>
Handle escalated phone calls and emails to provide problem resolution as needed.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with dental department roles to resolve referral and authorization issues and provide input as a subject matter expert for cross‑department issues for members and providers.</li><li>
Partner with care coordinators on complex referrals or high‑risk members.</li><li>
Monitor and report general and specialty provider access; identify, analyze, and escalate emerging barriers and trends to dental leadership.</li><li>
Support oral health promotion and escalation from across the organization.</li><li>
Serve as a subject matter expert and information resource for the team regarding referral and authorization functions, dental benefits, coverage, dental chart components, and provider access.</li><li>
Remove barriers for members and providers through improvements in the referral process.</li></ul>

Conduct interrater reliability assessments and additional quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, maintain compliance standards, and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>
